CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for choosing Glo Up Salon for your spray tanning needs. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best service possible. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and the satisfaction of all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy that we would like to bring to your attention.
1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window:
We kindly remind all our spray tanning customers of our strict 48-hour cancellation window. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
2. Payment in Full for Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a full payment requirement. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy allows us to better manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
3. Strike System:
In the event of more than three (3) late cancellations or reschedules, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. This strike system is in place to ensure fairness to all our clients and to maintain the efficiency of our services.
4. No Refunds for Late Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations. This policy is in place to uphold our commitment to our stylists and maintain the integrity of our booking system.
